corporate responsibility

At baer architecture group, inc., we live by our core values of community building, strengthening our relationships, and working towards a sustainable environment not only with our clients, but just as importantly, within our company and the community as a whole.

Our offices are designed and built using green materials, such as low-VOC paints, and furnished with recycled office furniture.  We use only recycled paper and paper products, and natural cleaning products.  We also have an in-house recycling program for our office waste.

We support community-building initiatives within our corporate culture by sponsoring each of our employees as they donate up to one week or 3% of their billable hours per calendar year to volunteer with a community nonprofit organization of their choosing.  Recent examples include traveling to Mississippi to build homes with Habitat for Humanity, chairing board activities to strengthen the Worcester Center for Crafts, and coordinating service initiatives with various international relief organizations such as Oxfam and Heifer Project International.  Please check our website in the coming months for additional volunteer projects we’ve undertaken!
