challenge: |
|
To determine a master plan for
expansion of capital improvements for a growing
population. |
| |
|
|
|
solution: |
|
Two residential quads were
established on the east and west sides of campus.
Three new residential houses, along with replacement
houses are part of this need.
Due to the proposed increased population and the
need to keep class size small, the academic building
is planned for two growth phases, an initial 17,000
sf and a second 15,000 sf phase.
Site work includes two multi-purpose playing fields,
outdoor track, a new baseball diamond, pool and
cabana, tennis courts, summer camp areas, drop-off
and delivery zones, and parking for visitors,
faculty, and staff. |
