Renovations will include
installation of LEED certified replacement windows,
LEED certified floor coverings and no, or low, VOC
paint.
New energy conservation measures are to include the
evaluation of a geothermal heating system to replace
the current natural gas, forced hot water system.
A new design to enclose the front entrance in an
aluminum clad storefront system, with separate
exterior and interior doors, will replace the high
heat loss single door entry currently in place. |
